Our philosophy is to provide our customers with the freshest of ingredients, which is we we opt to grow as much of our produce as we can in our gardens. Situated just a few miles away from the cafe, we have a small plot of land where we sow a mix of seeds and bulbs throughout the year. Over the course of the last few seasons we have managed to successfully grow potatoes, tomatoes, leeks, scallions, mint, cilantro and a mix of salad leaves.

We've even harvested three types of squash, red cabbage, beetroot and kale as well as birdseye chillies and thyme. However, by keeping the menu updated we ensure that our customers neve tire of our delicious dishes. In addition to that we often sell our produce to caterers or other local eateries that need quality produce from a respectable source. This helps us to boost our income and ensures that our passion for food is passed on to a selection of establishments across the city. It's becoming so successful that we may even start to set this up as a separate business and generate a second stream of income from it.
